About Us Our Vision: We envision the Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce as a major force in the development of Old Louisville into a vibrant historic village where business and residents live and work in harmony. Our Mission: To represent the business and professional interests of Old Louisville. Our Objectives: • To increase membership • To work with other organizations to promote business opportunities in Old Louisville • To promote tourism in Old Louisville • To develop a business community that caters to the tourist trade while serving the community • To enhance the business image of Old Louisville • To improve and facilitate communications between Chamber members, Neighborhood Associations and the Neighborhood Council • To improve and facilitate communications with other business associations for mutual interests • To create and maintain a mechanism for assisting in the development and renovation of commercial properties in Old Louisville • To create and maintain a mechanism for recruiting appropriate businesses to locate in Old Louisville Our Goals: Items and projects that support and move the OLCC toward fulfillment of its objectives. Goals will be judged against the Objectives to determine if they actually move us in the direction we have set. The Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce adopted its new name in June of 2003, but remains incorporated under the name of Old Louisville Business and Professional Association, Inc., and is registered with the Secretary of the State of Kentucky to do business under the name Old Louisville Chamber of Commerce. We work directly with The Old Louisville Community Development Corportation which is a 501(C)(3) organization. We are members of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the CoAlliance of Business Associations.
